Getting my first ever European medal at the European Youth Olympics in Utrecht 2013. I won a bronze in the 4 x 100m relay with my GB team-mates. It was fantastic standing on the podium with them.
I learned to swim at an early age and was confident at six years old. A coach from the local club spotted me and I was invited to talent camp and invited to join the club. First Olympic memory was watching Michael PHELPS (USA), my hero, win eight gold medals in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Preferred discipline is 200m IM, 400m IM, 200m breaststroke and team relays. Most proud of winning individual silver and bronze medals in 200m IM and 400m IM at the 2014 European Junior Swimming Championships in Dordrecht. I am also very proud of my great results and achievements at school despite all of the outside pressures related to my sport. If I wasn't an athlete, I would travel the world, taking part in as many adventure activities as possible. I love being outdoors so would go hiking and wild camping. My favourite food is roast lamb.
