Additional information / What would you like people to know about you?

Istvan is the middle of three wrestling Levai brothers, raised in the Hungarian city of Dorog. In January 2010, led by the example of his older brother Attila, he accepted the invitation of coach Karol Lengyel to live and do his training in the Slovak city of Komarno. He moved to Komarno, and later he obtained Slovak citizenship. He soon became the most successful recent Slovak wrestler, winning three consecutive medals at the European Championships, including gold in 2012. However, he did not manage to qualify for the Olympics in London that year. In Baku he takes part together with his brothers Attila and Zoltan.
