Additional information / What would you like people to know about you?

When I was five years old my dad took me to the local BMX track. At age 15, in 2006, I made my first European championship podium as a challenge rider by finishing 3rd. After a ninth-place finish in the junior competition at the 2008 World championships, my desire to be a professional rider became stronger. My first year as an elite rider was in 2010, and at my first World Cup of the season I made the top 16. At that point I realised I could qualify for the London 2012 Olympic Games as the third member of our National BMX team. So far that has been my most successful year. I was 2nd at the European championship and made my debut at London 2012 where I finished 13th.
